Aims of the Data Treatment

The treatment of the personal data collected from the interested person or from other people is done to for the following aims related to:

1. Law fulfilling connected to civil, fiscal, accountant laws; administrative management of the relation; fulfilling of the contract obligations, technical support, technical information related to the products You bought.
2. These activities can also be done by the people who collaborate with SkyWay Network S.P.A. and to whom the companies communicate the data, such as:
   - People who are part of the SkyWay Network S.P.A.'s distributive chain;
   - Technical consultants and also other people that have an auxiliary activity for SkyWay Network S.P.A.;
   - Public Administration or associations to whom is compulsory by law the data communication;
   - Revision and certificate societies;
   - Companies that offer computer and telematic services, of correspondance, of data recording, etc..
3. For commercial and marketing aims, such as the information and product and service's promotion, of testing of product's quality and services, of market research, interactive commercial communication, both from our side that from our consociate and commercial partners etc..
4. Treatment Mode. The data treatment is done with the help of manual and electronic instruments.
5. For the aim of point 1. and 2. spreading of the data it is necessary for the aim of order entry and contracts, for the aims at point 3., the data spreading is optional, therefore there are not consequences in case of your refusal, if not our impossibility to assure the improvement of our service for You and also Your information on the development of our offer.

Rights of the Interested Person

The interested person has got the right to know, in every moment, which are his/her data, how they are used, has also got the right to update them to integrate them, to amend them and to oppose to their treatment for legal reasons, as according to the article 7. of the Civil Code (Law 196/2003).
