Before proceeding with the updating, you should verify the version of the own navigation software inside the device (go to the page software id made for the major instructions) and the related compatibility and the available updating.

Note: The NAVI-3540, NAVI-3560, NAVI-3670, NAVI-4300 and NAVI-4300 BT have already this updating. Such update can only be installed on devices that use the navigation software Smart2Go version 4.0. The navigators not mentioned above and the software versions Smart2Go v.2.0, 2.2, 3.0 and 3SOFT v.1.6, v.2.0 (NAVI-3600) don't allow the downloading of the Spees Camera Warnings and Cameras positioning. Once done the download of the updating, please read carefully the file related to the installation procedure and the warings of your own device.

The updating programme has been created to look for the SD card, to find the archive file of the Speed Camera Warnings, to verify the updating and, if necessary, to copy the new archive by overwriting the existing one, with the completely automatic procedure. This is the same routine of a virus that: it looks for, find, eliminates and substitutes with itself a certain file. A PC with an Antivirus programme, with protection levels more orless high, it can ( erroneously in this case) indicate the autovelox updating file like a generical file. The Speed Camera updating software is without virus.

During the reading of an Autovelox position it is indicated on the display the speed limit preset from the Software House, so it can happen a discrepancy between the visualized limit and the one effectively allowed in the interest route.
