With the installation of a SkyWay Satellite Unit, you are not limited to the purchase of just an hardware, like somebody who is buying a television or a standard navigation system, but, at the same time, you became part of a family.
A part from the autonomy in managing the system, as, for example the system activation and deactivation or the car localization trough your own PC, the customer can have access with a whole range of offered services, that allow the monitoring and the assistance on the means of transport, including big assurance discounts on the policies, they are guarranteed for the high security level that these systems can offer.
The services explained above are managed by the SkyWay Monitoring Centre.
SkyWay Monitoring Centre, active 24 hours on 24 for 365 days per year, is able to monitor and to support every type of vehicle, equipped with satellite units (HS-2c and HS-3N), on all the European territory in real time. The Monitoring Centre can determine the position, the speed and the functioning status of the means, with sophisticated monitoring software and GPS localization. The Monitoring Centre receives the alarms or the information requests from the satellite units and can intervene in case of emergency requests or thefts attempts, also by stopping the vehicle, always in total safety and never when this last one is moving.
SkyWay Monitoring Centre, can offer to the customer different service types, from the constant Monitoring tot he road Assistance and the Assurance Services, by collaborating with important partners in the sector. The high security level of the SkyWay satellite units, alllows to obtain big discounts on the RCA and ARD policies.
The Monitoring Centre Services are only available with the installation of a satellite unit HS-2c or HS-3N.

Assistance in Europe
The Service is subordinated to the Italy Assistance Service Full/EasyWay Total and has got the following features:
- The localization and the bloch* of the vehicle from the Monitoring Centre, active 24 hours on 24, if warned by telephone from the customer in case of theft or robbery and in case of reception of emergency alarms, forcing or not authorized ignition.
- Road Emergency Aid after a break down, car crash, theft or the finding after the vehicle has been stolen and/or the breaking of the keys, holes in the wheels, and when battery finish the power with a maximum of 3 actions.
- Car in subsitution in 1.200 cc, if the vehicle would be would be stuck after a break down, car crash, fire, partial theft that needs a reparation time superior to 8 working hours of the certified garage labour from the Producing House, for a maximum of five days. In case of break down or car crash, the guarrantee is operative whenever the assured person has requested the Emergency Aid Service.
- Hotel expenses whenever the vehicle would be stuck after a breakdown, a car crash, partial theft, that requires a stop to sort the problem for one or more nights or in case of theft or robbery that would obligate the assured person and the passengers to go to the hotel before to carry on the travel.
- Coming back or going on with the travel if the vehicle would be stuck for break down, car crash, fire, partial theft when it is necessary to stop for a reparation time superior to 36 hours or at 4 days abroad or in case of theft or robbery.
- Recuperation of the found vehicle or repaired vehicle whenever the vehicle would be repaired on the place where is stuck or found after theft or robbery without having had damages that deny the normal usage.
- The anticipation of the basic expenses up to 2.582,28 (It is required a credit line for the customer from the SkyWay Monitoring Centre).
- Chauffeur available in case the driver had injury, in case of illness or the legal loss of the driving licence and any case in which the driver can't drive and the other passengers are not able to substitute him/her.
- Sending of the spare parts abroad if the assured person, being abroad, needs spare parts that he/her can't find abroad, that are necessary for the repairing and the functioning of the stuck vehicle that broke down, or for car crash, or for partial theft.
- Repatriation of the vehicle abroad whenever the vehicle would be stuck for damage, car crash, fire or partial theft happened abroad, that need a repairing period for more than 5 working days or it would not been possible to repair in the local garages.
- Advance of the legal expenses abroad if the assured person would be arrested or menaced to be arrested after a car crash in which would be involved the vehicle and would need of legal assistance.
- Advance of the penal fee abroad whenever the assured person would be arrested or menaced to be arrested after a car crash that invloved the vehicle and would have to pay to the foreign authorities a penal fee to be free.
